1. How does the OUKITEL Referral Program work?
The OUKITEL Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends, family, or colleagues to join the OUKITEL community. Both you (the referrer) and the person you refer (the referee) will earn rewards when the referral is successful.
How to refer:
· Sign up to get your unique referral link.
· Share your referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.
· When you friends sign up successfully, they'll receive a 5% discount coupon.
· When the referred friend places their first order within 30 days of signing up, you'll receive a 5% discount coupon when your friend's first order is completed.
2. Who is eligible to join the Referral Program?
Referrers: Must sign up and subscribed to our newsletter before referring.
Referees: Only new users (those who have never ordered before) can sign up as referees and use referral link.
3. What is considered a successful referral?

The Referral Program allows OUKITEL members to earn rewards by inviting friends or family to join or make a purchase at OUKITEL.
3. Steps to Earn Rewards
a. Referrers access the referral page and log in to their BLUETTI account.
b. Share their unique referral link with friends or family.
c. Referees earn an 8% coupon upon successful signing up.
d. Referrers earn a 5% coupon when their referrals make a purchase within 30 days.
4. Eligibility
Referrers: Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) and sign up and subscribed to our newsletter before referring.
Referees: Must also be 18+ to qualify. Only new users (those who have never ordered before) can sign up as referees and use referral link.
5. Referred Customer Requirements
A Referee must access OUKITEL through the Referrer’s unique referral link and not make any purchase before. Self-referrals (e.g., using multiple emails) are prohibited.
6. Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral occurs when a Referred Customer completes their first-time sign-up as the Referrer. Only the first successful sign-up counts.
7. Qualified Purchase Referral
A Qualified Purchase Referral is the Referee's first purchase made within 30 days of signing up, and no refund within 30 days of purchase.
8. Referrer Rewards
For each successful sign-up referral, Referrers a 5% coupon if the Referee makes first purchase within 30 days.
9. Referee Rewards
Upon signing up through a referral link, Referees receive an 8% discount coupon.
10. Use of Coupons
Coupons are only redeemable on the same OUKITEL site and cannot be converted to cash or credits.
11. Reward Validity
Referral coupons are valid for 30 days.
12. Reward Display
You will email notification with coupon code 30 days after order delivery. Occasional delays may occur.
13. Referral Link Usage
Referral links must be shared by the Referrer only. Repeat or additional purchases by the same Referee are not eligible for further rewards.

15. Shared IP or Device Policy
