Tough, fast, and long-lasting, the OUKITEL RT3 Plus is built for any environment. With IP68/IP69K protection, huge 11000mAh battery, and Android 15, it is perfect for work or outdoor use.

Large 10+" tablets seem to be what most vendors offer nowadays and its hard to find good tablets of this size - this one is one of the few 8" tablets you can still get and its really well built. There a some other 8" tablets available that seem to have usability issues, but this one just worked straight out of the box.

Rubber caps for the ports help ensure that it keeps water out - you might think that this causes problems recharging but it doesn't as the cap just swivels out to expose the port. It doesn't need recharging very often as it has a decent battery that lasts ages. The screen is nice and clear with good colour balance and sensitivity is good. Sound isn't the greatest but more than good enough.

The cameras aren't as sharp or fast as the best phone cameras you'll get on a high-end phone but they are adequate for most purposes and probably as good as any you'll get at this price point.

It uses a fairly stock modern Android 14 image with very little in the way of bloatware (hurrah!) so easy and intuitive to use. It comes with a small charger but you can use most USB chargers quite happily. I'm delighted with my purchase and use it most days.

I picked up this tablet because I needed something that would not fall to pieces at the first sign of trouble. This OUKITEL has been absolutely spot on! The 8-inch screen is just the right size for a bit of telly on the go, and the waterproof feature? Well, let's just say it has already survived a near-miss with a cuppa.

It is fast enough to handle my apps without any faff, and the dual 4G SIM slots make it brilliant for staying connected when I am out and about. The battery life is cracking, and the 18W charger gets it sorted in no time. If you are after a sturdy, no-nonsense tablet that can take a bit of a battering, this one is a proper winner.
