OUKITEL Refund Policy

OUKITEL products are proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Purchases made directly from the OUKITEL official store are eligible for returns and refunds.
  • Customers who purchased items from OUKITEL distributors should refer to the specific distributor’s return policies.
  • Returns are available within the countries where purchases were made, according to local laws and regulations.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of the order:

  • Products must be returned complete with all accessories.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Products must not show signs of use.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order placement via email or phone.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please reject the package if possible and contact us immediately with evidence (photos or videos). This will enable us to quickly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the product to our designated warehouse.
  • OUKITEL will charge a flat fee of $15 per item returned. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the original shipping fee for your order and processing your return.

Return Process

  1. Request RMA: Contact our support to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) code at OUKITEL Return Center.
  2. Prepare Package: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship Product: Send the item to the designated OUKITEL warehouse that corresponds with your location. The RMA code must be clearly marked on the package.
  4. Receive Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Important Notes

  • Returns without a valid RMA code may not be accepted and could be disposed of, resulting in a loss of refund.
  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition may not qualify for a return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to modify any policies as needed to comply with local regulations and business needs.

Time Limit for Processing Orders

We will process your order within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. If we are out of stock we will contact you by email to process a refund or exchange.
