OUKITEL - RT7 RT8 RT9 RT10 Tablet Alloy Stand

COMPATIBLE MODELS	RT6, RT7, RT8, RT9, RT10

Misleading product title

I love my Oukitel RT10 and WP100 titan, but purchasing accessories from this store has been a really disappointing experience.
The title for this product clearly listed "RT7 RT8 RT9 RT10 tablet alloy stand," leading me to believe it was compatible with all of those models. However, after receiving it, I realized it only fits the RT6.
When I went back to double-check my order, I realized the fine print said RT6. I tried to see where the mistake happened by attempting to order the correct RT10 version, but the product page is broken—clicking on the RT10 option does not let you select or purchase it; it remains permanently fixed on the RT6. Why include the other model numbers in the main title if buyers can't actually purchase them?
Now I’m left with an alloy stand that is useless for my RT10. I didn't bother reaching out to customer service as the order technicality was technically listed on the invoice, but the misleading listing title and flawed website options make for a terrible user experience. Great devices, but I won't be buying accessories directly from this site again.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with your RT10 and WP100 Titan, but we’re truly sorry that your experience with our accessory listing was so disappointing.

We understand your frustration. The product title and the available model options on the page should have made the compatibility information much clearer. If the RT10 option could not be properly selected or purchased, this could understandably lead to confusion when placing an order.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We will review the product listing and the model selection functionality to help prevent similar situations in the future.

Although the order information indicated RT6, we would still like to see if there is anything we can do to assist with your specific order. Please contact our customer support team at contact@oukitel.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll be happy to review your case and see how we can help.

Thank you again for your feedback and for your support of OUKITEL. We’re sorry that our accessory shopping experience did not meet the standard you expected from us.

Best regards,
OUKITEL Team

Tornillos

¿Alguien sabe que métrica de tornillos usa el soporte?

Improvement would be: with screws

all was O.K. - only screws i did miss

There is no reason not to use it.

Very good. Easy to understand and easy to use. There are various potential uses. The only disappointment is that I think the installation screws should be Phillips screws.
