I needed that phone for my work

Delivery said in 10 days.
After 10 days : no phone.
After many non answered mails and wasted time : 1 mail telling me "as soon as possible".
So sorry for bad review, the phone looks great but I need an answer from you. Are you able to send it during next week or next month or next year ? Poor service quality i my opinion. I want a clear reply on whats going on. and if i should choose another phone for quicker delivery

As always, Oukitel again produces another outstanding bit of kit, for those who require rugged/tuff equipment. I ordered this as a work phone and soon will be heading back into the west African jungle and see how this fully preforms. Slightly expect this mobile to suit my working environment - as my RT7 soaks up rugged torture it goes through with me - and I love it.. No doubt the phone will be the same.

Battery or battery management is totally not efficient

Battery or battery management is totally not efficient. It does stay loaded more than 24h with a poor usage!

Our normal charging time is about 1 hour. The phenomenon you described is definitely abnormal. Are you using the original data cable and charging adapter? If so, please try a different original data cable and charging adapter.
