Unfortunately, small parts were missing from the delivery, such as the lens cover for the IR cam and adhesive tape to attach the glass. I would have expected better service if I had ordered directly from Okitel.

The WP33 PRO SIM card tray installed very smoothly, fits tightly with the phone without any looseness or gaps. That's great

Hallo Oukitel, nach langen Recherchen nach der Suche einer USB Platinewürde ich endlich fündig. Etwas irritierend ist allerdings das nur ein Bild zu finden ist, das nicht auf genaue Ersatzteile hinweist. Vielleicht nutzt es zukünftigen Käufern wenn man beschreibt was unter der Rubrik alles zu finden ist. Support, Preis und Lieferzeit waren super. Vielen Dank

Excellent product and service, my WP19 smashed when it was dropped unfortunately onto a metal post! This is one of the best phones I've ever had but there aren't too many about anymore but you were so helpful and suggested I only needed the screen which you have sent and I now have!
