Device came corrupted. Reached out to customer service who put us in contact with tech support who then wouldn't return our emails for over 2 weeks. Afraid to use the device for fear of losing anything I put on it.

UPDATE: Oukitel finally answered after our last review. They made 1 attempt to help resolve/update the device then we requested to return it. It was going to be at our cost which they would then refund IF the item was accepted and not refused/destroyed at the warehouse. The cost with all the tariffs/custom fees was more than the cost of the phone. Couldn't risk being out hundreds of dollars. Would be cheaper to send back to China. Very fishy processes.

The ui is a little slow, otherwise great device for its price.

At $140 USD ( $220 AUD ) this is great value. I'm using it as a movie player and a hotspot modem for a tablet. The sound quality and volume when playing movies or podcasts leaves nothing to complain about for a phone in this price range.
