I love my Oukitel RT10 and WP100 titan, but purchasing accessories from this store has been a really disappointing experience.
The title for this product clearly listed "RT7 RT8 RT9 RT10 tablet alloy stand," leading me to believe it was compatible with all of those models. However, after receiving it, I realized it only fits the RT6.
When I went back to double-check my order, I realized the fine print said RT6. I tried to see where the mistake happened by attempting to order the correct RT10 version, but the product page is broken—clicking on the RT10 option does not let you select or purchase it; it remains permanently fixed on the RT6. Why include the other model numbers in the main title if buyers can't actually purchase them?
Now I’m left with an alloy stand that is useless for my RT10. I didn't bother reaching out to customer service as the order technicality was technically listed on the invoice, but the misleading listing title and flawed website options make for a terrible user experience. Great devices, but I won't be buying accessories directly from this site again.
